A Celebration of Unity and Wellness

The Laughter Yoga session was warmly received by participants of all ages and backgrounds. Through joyful laughter, breathing exercises, and interactive activities, SWA shared the meaningful message that Laughter Yoga fosters connection among people of all races, and promotes peace, harmony, and wellness in the community. Beyond its many health benefits, laughter has the unique power to bring people together and strengthen social bonds.

Festivities and Community Spirit

The Family Day celebration also featured a variety of lively programmes, including dances, games, and a Best Dressed competition. Lunch and tea refreshments were provided for all participants, creating a warm and festive atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy together.

SWA is grateful for the opportunity to spread joy, unity, and wellness through Laughter Yoga, and looks forward to continuing to serve the community through meaningful outreach activities.
