This one-hour session brought together approximately 40 SMU alumni, young managers and business executives, demonstrating that Laughter Yoga is not only beneficial for seniors, but equally impactful for younger, working professionals.

A Dynamic and Engaging Session

The session exceeded the expectations of the organising committee, with strong engagement and enthusiastic participation throughout. Despite many participants meeting for the first time, the session created a warm and open environment, fostering genuine connection and bonding through shared laughter.

Participants were pleasantly surprised by the creativity and fun of the exercises, which included interactive laughter activities designed to break the ice and encourage spontaneity. Beyond laughter, the session also introduced deep breathing techniques, helping participants understand how conscious breathing can energise the body, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity.
