The event was graced by Mr Seah Kian Peng, Member of Parliament for Marine Parade GRC, who acknowledged the commendable work of the Singapore Women's Association (SWA) in serving the vulnerable sections of the community, including children, the elderly, and the underprivileged. He emphasized the association's unwavering commitment to societal betterment since its inception in 1954.

The Miss Singapore Pageant International 2023 commenced with the arrival of guests at 6:00 pm, followed by a cocktail reception. As the evening progressed, the Guest-of-Honour, Mr Seah Kian Peng, made his grand entrance, marking the beginning of the main event. The audience was treated to a series of segments, including welcome speeches, a delightful dinner, and the main pageant showcases, such as swimwear, evening gown, and the Q&A sessions. The event climaxed with the crowning ceremony at 10:15 pm, followed by the "Guess The Winner Contest Lucky Draw," wrapping up a memorable evening by 11:00 pm.
